Custom Installation
Our installation team will arrive at your home properly trained and insured. Our main concerns are the safety of our employees and your property. We use a variety of decorating techniques to accentuate your home. We come prepared with all the necessary tools. We also use clips and fasteners that will not damage your property. Installations are scheduled at a date and time that is convenient for you.
Maintenance
After your products are installed, situations may arise that require attention. We want your property to look good all season long. Our installers will make service visits to your property during the holiday season to make sure everything is working. If between visits you need additional service give us a call and we will respond within 24-48 hours.
Take Down/Storage
Once the holiday season is over Holiday D Lights will come back to your property to take down all decorations and lighting, label them, and store them for you for next season. All holiday decorations are guaranteed to be removed by the end of January. Due to some weather elements such as snow, our crew may leave a light clip or stake on your property. Once the snow clears we will come back to make sure we did not miss anything. Next season we will contact you to see if you want to continue the service and set up an installation date.
